Phase One: Preparation (January 2025)

• Define main goals for each project.

• Select team members.

• Prepare a team headquarters and identify necessary tools.

• Create a team website on the college's website.

Phase Two: Innovation (February – July 2025)

• Organize workshops to exchange expertise and the latest innovations.

• Identify AI-based projects to work on.

• Coordinate with the college's graduation projects committee to make applicable ideas available for these projects, encouraging students to work on them.

• Conduct detailed research on the areas the team will focus on.

• Implement necessary research and develop prototypes using AI technologies.

Phase Three: Implementation (August - December 2025)

• Apply the projects identified and developed in Phase Two.

• Collaborate with students and team members to implement innovative solutions.

• Evaluate results and review performance to improve output quality.

• Prepare final reports documenting the work accomplished and the outputs.

• Improve results based on feedback to enhance the team's plan for the next year, 2026.
